Ok, the controls are not working on the psp when I am playing the game. It doesn't work in fullscreen or windowed mode.

@cubby3o5 Again, never mind. I had Gta IV running as administrator and it wouldn't work. I found out on pspdisp's website that you have to run pspdisp as admin to control things running as admin with the psp.

This was on Windows 7, but it's probably the same for Vista.

The PC plays the game and does all the work, the program PSPdisp connects the PC to the PSP so the game can be displayed and controlled from the PSP. All you would have to do is get a cell phone that is capable of sharing it's 3g network over wifi with other devices, then connect your psp to your phone's network, and then to your PC's ip address. I'm almost positive this would work, although I bet it would be too slow to be enjoyable. It would be funny to know that you're controlling your PC and playing games on it from miles away lol.
