    sorry but this monsters appear randomly in West Ferry , and how i can get this quest, because this character is lv 20 =/!! Rare Not?

  • slave escape plan 4 is the quest when you high lvl you can spawn them all the time you can cancel the quest and accept it again all the time

  • that are quest monsters,

    u must defeat them to complete a quest. They spawnt every 1 or 2 minutes next to the one who is doing the quest
