    Thanks.

  • click click click click click click click click .___.

  • when u made the water material u should put a light blue to make the water .. bluer :D

  • Nice tutorial it really helped out for what I'm creating...

  • why is my water not clear?

  • Thanks dude this helped alot for me and for others i'm sure.

  • thxxx alot m8

  • how do you save/set up this so you can view a rendered version in motion? like at the begining of the video

  • Whenever i make a box and try to fill it up with water, the water level would not change. The box will never fill up or over flow. PLEASE HELP ! Great Tutorial Btw .

  • @ButtonMashFTW This is because there is no particle intercollision: particles won't place one on the other because they have no geometry so they will never be able to fill more than 1 "particle stratus".I suggest you to use a fluid simulator like glu3d or realflow.

  • @VFXTutorials how do i make glu3d fluid renderable. when i render i seen black only. My oibject properties are set and i put light in the scene... Please help me

  • olny if this tut had a voice over this would be much easier to fallow

  • Thanks men!

  • My Particles fly straight through the box =(

  • @Zena100000 did you linked the deflector to the emitter?

  • @TheTntuser Try on rounded surface. There may be a problem with a big and flat surfaces, same problem as with reactor water.

  • Thank You very much for this wonderful tutorial :)

  • Good tutorial but my particles just go through box -_-.

  • @TheTntuser in the Udeflector you have a Pick Object. click and pick the box :)

  • thanks

  • f****** i need tutorial for rendering the water !!!! in MAX using the material

  • Thanks. ;) It helped. Thumbs up for u.

  • wats your player

  • Liquids simulated with MetaParticles were cool... in 1998... :-P

In 10 min. you could learn glu3d or spend 2-3 days learning realflow. This is cool for begginers though, to see what it can be achieved with standard particles.

  • @Caesaurus Personally I know both glu 3d and realflow..I also made a tutorial for glu 3d. But who doesn't have 500$ or more for a plug-in must use this method to simulate fluids.

  • @VFXTutorials fair enough :D

  • Gracias tanto.
