@chunglii8 It's one of the ways, but it's the best for MMA as you want to secure a side mount. In freestyle wrestling you can pin him without a side mount.

There are a few noteworthy slams that I think would be awesome if it were included in the video, namely:

1. Rampage's first MMA fight. He didn't have proper training yet so all he had were slams... and slams he did, as he slammed the fool 5 times in one match to soften him up lol

2 Josh Barnett's double german suplex in the Pancrase open weight championships (2006?)

3. Frank Shamrock career-ending slam on Igor Zinoviev, which is probably the only slam I know that may top Fedor VS Randleman
