I just got a job as Easy Tech as the Backup resident tech, every time I go behind the counter I get yelled at for doing so even though we have 16 computers to do in 5 days and only 1 assigned tech to do em. The management knows about JACK SHIT about computers yet all they do is tell me, less time with the computers more sell sell sell or you get fired. REALLY, I have worked for Geek Squad and Circuit City's Firedog never had this problem. Still its a paying job so im'ma stick with it for now.

@ResidentG33k Are you an associate or a Resident/On-Site? If you know what you're doing, the pay gets wayyy better. I just got promoted to On-Site and I can make $20/hr after spiffs.

I feel you pain guys. I work in a 24hour a day business that we have to make do when our IT geek is off playing basketball or has other things to tend to. I laugh my ass off everytime I see it.
