  • the exact recipe with measurements is displayed at the end. She explains why the nuts and seeds are soaked in water (to release the enzyme inhibitors which make them difficult to digest), and they are dehydrated before using them in this recipe because in raw recipes where a meat-like consistency is desired, wet nuts and seeds don't give them same texture and mouth feel as nuts and seeds that have gotten their crunch back. :) can't wait to make these!

  • This looks very good. I have a few comments and questions. This looks a little pricey to make since it has so many seeds and nuts. That is some food processor. What type is it? How much? Why do you soak the seeds and then rehydrate them? It would seem easier and more nutritious to just soak them and then grind them without dehydrating them. Thanks fo rthe video.
