  • The poem is called "Steel." It's by the Welsh poet Paul Henry and will appear in his next book, "The Brittle Sea: New & Selected Poems" - to be published by Seren in October 2010. It's also on the poet's web site.

  • The poem is from a series of poems on the various positions in rugby and can be found on the BBC Wales website.

    The video was sent to me by a friend who got it off the tv just before the England:Wales game.

    There is a better version on YouTube - didn't know at the time of uploading.
