If you want to see a corporate company here in the states that has a logo that represents the swastika look @ Lincare Inc. They actually bought a company that came from Germany.

Sun Microsystems was founded by an Indian Hindu - Vinod Khosla. It's most likely intentional that the logo looks like a Swastika. Natives of the Anglophone are so sensitive about the usage of the Swastika - it's actually somewhat funny.
