  • The greatest Hip-Hop love song. This actually has meaning and emotion in it. This is true love. Braille is amazing!

  • @HELPmeMOD I agree. Too bad he is over looked just because he happens to be a "Christian rapper"

  • @RasheemH He is not overlooked and not a "christian rapper". He is a rapper who knows THE truth

  • braille - weapon aid - hip-hop

  • is tht a gernade in the pitcher?

  • i used to think that christian rappers had to say Jesus in every song. When it comes to salvation not many people say "accecpt Jesus today or you'll forever burn in hell!" as a christian we know that is true but we're not communicating the truth with love. People are at different levels with their walk/ or not walk with God. Braille is reaching the spiritual infants and planting seeds. Rappers like Lecrae maining rap to christians. its all about what the goal is and who the audience is.

  • Awesome love the song Found it song on pandora listened to it about a million times since. You should post the lyrics somewhere... Like to read along with the music.

  • Reading through some of these comments talking down on Braille and Syntax as a label in general are just weak. I listen to Lamp Mode as well. But what gets me is that people are quick to bring up Red Cloud and forget that Timothy Brindle of Lamp Mode had an ordeal himself which was addressed by the label years ago and those of you who know LM should know that. Gotta love the childish behavior with some of the brethren. it's no wonder we get clowned when the foolish and immature speak for us.

  • Also this project wasn't released under Syntax, it was released under Humble Beast.

  • I don't get why people say thanks for spreading your wisdom, when he's doing the exact opposite. He's spreading ignorance by believing in some higher power created the universe, all the planets and life on earth? Hahaha. Such a joke.

  • @Innitenci And downing something someone believes because you don't agree isn't ignorance?

  • @Innitenci ever studied theology or philosophy? Binge study them both and get back to me...........

  • really guys? come on braille is a christian who is rapping about stuff on his mind and heart....he is on the life journey like us all... He's a christian..what he does and says doesnt change that...does he ever say anything not "christian" so to speak? What does that even mean? I am a christian and everyday at some point i dont represent God with something is say. How about we enjoy his music...feel what he is feeling..and if we dont like it...do our own thing and dont judge

  • This song is insane ! Unknown rap is the best !

  • If i had that girl like i do in my dreams dis song would describe my feelings for her

  • Yo Braille is dope and a real man of God ,please dont question that!

  • Braille is an Example for us because he walks his Theology out, not just raps about it. Some comments on here really got me pissed to be honest.

Most of us know met him know hes a cool cat Braille Bizzy Keep on homie, your life is impacting a lot of youth and Adults

  • beast!(:

    Braille- this song is adorable!

& forget what ppl say, just focus on Christ + what pleases him .

    i dnt c y there's a prob w/ this song..

    it does'nt say anything bad and its A D O R A B L E .

if ur a believer then u should'nt b judging.. instead y dnt yu pray + ask for the artists to b wise abt this, isn't that what we should b doing??

music isn't easy to do especially when ur talented + the world is gonna always wanna pull yu that way .

so w/e.. God bless & great song!

  • -.-

    **is

  • This song us sickkk

    God bless(:

  • Great song!!! This is so great to ponder on to strengthen some of our core values of what we believe in as Christians and help put these values in our heart. Commit yourself to one person and be loyal just as we should commit ourselves to Christ/God and be loyal to Him and resist the Tempter! See the lesson in marriage? Great Character is developed through marriage and it will be hard! God loves you!

  • lyrics ???

  • @JGsGarden I love Braille but when I listen to Lecrae I feel touched as well. Both are sick artists with great messages, enjoy all of their music :)

  • To Whom this May Concern:

Talking about how Christian or Gospel filled his music is, quite frankly, holds no value when discussing Braille. If you go on iTunes, you'll notice that his music is classified as "HipHop/Rap". In fact, you'll notice that a lot of Christians who happen to be musicians/artists will classify themselves as genres other than "Christian/Gospel" to avoid silly controversies and arguments, such as this one. Take care and God Bless!

  • braille is one of the dopest emcees alive!!!!! much respect! this dude is 100% real from the heart!

  • I can't believe so many Christians don't appreciate someone like Braille. I don't know many artists that rap about life issues and how to deal with these problems in a Godly respectful way. It's okay to relate to the listeners in a positive uplifting way just because he's a Christian doesn't mean he has to beat you over the head in every song with a Bible verse. Give him a break all your doing is dividing an already very divided genre.

  • @Instrumentally w o r d ! :-D

  • As a matter of fact... @witnessofTheHolyOne Braille, Theory Hazit, AND Kj-52 did a song with R-swift called Flava of Forever. Swift is a CMR (116, Shai Linne- type artist). Let's show love for those who are broadcasting the gospel of Christ in more than one way. We each been dealt our own amount of faith by God, lets use what God gave us for kingdom building.

  • I just want to share 2 things. I got much more to say but I'm afraid I'll run out of space. I think there's nothing wrong with not being in-your-face. I think as a Christian artist whether you say Jesus in every bar or not your Christian worldview is gonna show. And your life will prove it.

Also talking is easy but walking is hard! It's easy to knock another man's job when you don't do it yourself. Or when you are not walking in that man's shoes and don't look at the world through his eyes.

  • @DreTheNomad You just describe Shoeless Joe by Braille.

  • We christians need to shut up and stop crying. Man up like david. people are dying in our own city streets, and we complain an artist didnt reach an JPS (Jesus's Per-Min rate). I honestly wanna hear more of this because, why do christians listen to secular sometimes? because not many christians make r&b LOVE SONGS FOR WIFE/HUSBAND. or make any other style. Just as regular artists, christians artists espeically, need to talk about ALL OF LIFE, just like the BIBLE. am i right or am i right? lol

  • matthew 5:13-16.

oh and listen to proverbs 31 by dwayne tryumf if you want to hear a Christ-centered love song.

oh, and if the "Jesus per-min rate" is 0, then there's a problem.

or, maybe you guys are right, and I'm just crazy.

  • So if Braille isn't right to make a song about his wife then I guess the book, Song of Songs, in the BIBLE is wrong too! Read it! It's also known as Song of Solomon.

  • Great song Braille, great to see your devotion to your wife expressed through song.

  • there is a nice beat though.

    I must admit it.

  • a song about a girl? It's a song from a husband to a wife. most significant human relationship - husband/wife where two become one. The bible compares the relationship between Jesus and the church to the relationship between husband and wife. I think that's a pretty "Christian" topic.

  • yo, he's on a label called syntax records.

check out other songs by syntax, and you'll see just how "chirstian" they are.

have you heard a guy called "Red Cloud"?

    it's ridiculous.

you gotta bump that Shai Linne, Lecrae, Timothy Brindle, Trip Lee stuff dog.

  • First of all Red Cloud got kicked off Syntax due to substance abuse

Second, this isn't about the label, it's about the art produced by the artist and if it is according to scripture

But I do know what you mean Syntax is an iffy label but don't shun there artists completely

  • it is a VERY iffy label, but true that 116 boi, I shouldn't shun all the artists completely.

  • @116boi How is Syntax Records an iffy label? They are solid, they run in their own lane. They are ale to reach audiences and non-believers in ways CMR/LM/Reach never could. Diversity in Christian hip-hop is a beautiful thing.

  • I listen to shai linne, to Trip, to Lecrae, to Tedashii, to Knine, to Evangel, to Sho Baraka, to Cross Movement, to This'l, to Everyday Process, and I listen to Braille, and Theory Hazit. You are going to debate someone's Christianity based on the label they are with? Braille isn't allowed to dedicate a song to his wife? Braille is a Christian artist. Just because he isn't as "up front" or "in your face" about it doesn't make him any less of a Christian. Everyone disciples differently.

  • I wasn't questioning his Christianity based on his label.

I was saying exactly what YOU just said yourself. "he isn't as "up front" or "in your face" about it"

my feelings exactly. i don't like my stuff watered down. That watered down stuff just don't cut it. if a secular listener can't tell a song is Christian, what's the point of calling yourself a Christian artist in the first place. Romans 1:16 baby, unashamed of the gospel; watering down is not cool in my sight. you may disagree.

  • I get where your coming from man. Thats why I listen to shai...his stuff is pure lyrical theology. That dude is a gift from God. But in my experience, when I have introduced non christians to "christian rap" they get turned off by stuff from Sho,shai, Trip, Lecrae. And it seems that they are more receptive to dudes like Braille and Theory Hazit, and I think its because Braille and Theory throw their beliefs in there in small doses. I got into Christian rap through Braille.

  • in my opinion, the fact they're turned off is a good sign.

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne Does a CHristian Baseball Player have to hit Christian baseballs, or just play the game according to the rules, and give it his all?

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne Why can't a Christian who is a musician, singer, rapper, just make good music that is in no way sinful. Talking about your love for your wife isn't sinful.

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne YOu get the idea from some people that being a Christian means wearing Jesus T-shirts and preaching Christ's name in every sentence all the time.

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne These are the same people that get fired from their jobs for witnessing all day and not working. Then they want to claim their were being persecuted.

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne Keep dpoing your thing Braille, may God be glorified in what you're not talking about (swag, money, cars, ice, women who are not your wife) as much as what some people wish you were talking about.

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne

That ridiculous, to claim anything they are less christian than cats on LM, REACH, and Corss Movement. Their lyrics may not be as up font all the time but from what I've heard of these dudes they are really solid in their walk and good brothers in Christ. FYI a bunch of these cats like Red Cloud go to detention centers and all to preach Christ. Syntax can reach cats in secular audiences that some of the artists you mentioned above wouldn't be able to.

  • i never said THEY'RE less Christian, I said they're songs are less Christian.

I don't doubt that they are spirit-filled servants of Christ. here's why I say these things however: matthew 5:13-16

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne also, i just feel that you should broaden your horizons a bit to the real world. Everybody aint gotta rap the same way, just as every pastor don't preach the same way. Just because 116 and CMR (my favorite artist is FLAME) do spit "straight-forward" Christ lyrics doesn't mean their hearts aren't after God as much as Braille. His music shows a LOVE for God and Godly perspective on everyday things.

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne bruh you need to open your eyes and see that the Christian life ain't always about preaching. Christians live life and go thru normal things. Why you act like we can't talk about it in music? If that's the case, you can't talk about anything but Jesus in ANY conversation for the rest of your life. If you make it one day, you deserve a million bucks.

  • @WitnessofTheHolyOne a christian song isnt measured by how many times you say god or jesus. Its about content. Who says a song about lets say revenge, isnt christian....Braille has a song about revenge. I know, that I MYSELF am a christian who can relate. get where im going with this. Again its not how many times you can say jesus in a song

  • It's a really Christian thing to do, putting down one Christian artist to promote another

  • If God said give up rap, would you?

  • yeeh some sick christian underground rap

  • this is hott!: )
