when you go out for food ask the server to BOX HALF the food BEFORE it comes out. That way you can eat the same food as the rest of the people at the table and eat at the same time. (just have the take-away for the next day's lunch) hope this helps

I've done da same thing...went 2da gym everday last wk but cos I ate so much crap I didn't lose anythin.When you go to the gym just do lots of cardio n get ur heart rate up, that'll burn lots of fat. Da cross trainer is da best cos it gives u a full body workout! N don't forget 2 drink da green tea lol!
