  • when you go out for food ask the server to BOX HALF the food BEFORE it comes out. That way you can eat the same food as the rest of the people at the table and eat at the same time. (just have the take-away for the next day's lunch) hope this helps

(anniversary) :) You've been doing great so far! :D It's natural to want some ice cream and other things you're used to; I mean, you're basically telling your body no, and it doesn't like that. But soon, you will be craving more healthy food. :D /hugs

  • Aww lovey, it's ok we all av bad wks but u know u av done so well n u av had more gud wks than bad. Jus start again from tomorro n tell urself dat dis wk is gona be a gud wk. I've done da same thing...went 2da gym everday last wk but cos I ate so much crap I didn't lose anythin.When you go to the gym just do lots of cardio n get ur heart rate up, that'll burn lots of fat. Da cross trainer is da best cos it gives u a full body workout! N don't forget 2 drink da green tea lol!

  • try not weighing yourself so often. it really messes you up (i know from experience!). try doing it once a week or just once every two weeks. keep your head up!! :) btw, i'm a new subscriber.
