@tinyfeet32 sus naman, ang pinansin eh yung accent. Plus that's not an "American" accent. (BTW, there is no such thing as American accent). I only hear that accent sa mga Pinoy diyan sa atin. I call it the upper class accent.
@mdf072 if you cant find dried chilis you can use cayenne pepper..dont use chili powder..it;s not the same..fyi:try to look for dried chilis at thai store or indo store..
try making your sauce in a pot , deep fry your crabs in a wok, then add crabs into sauce. simmer a few minutes and theyre done.That way you retain more of the fat in the heads & also reduces tiny shell fragments due to all the mixing.dont forget to toss your crab liberally in corn starch before frying ,it seals in moisture & reduces the amount needed to thicken the sauce later.

Hi markywos, steamed crabs yung ginamit ko dito. Purchased it a day before kaya I needed to steam it before putting in the freezer para di agad masira.
my husband and I tried this ..we cooked lobster instead of crab and it was FANTASTIC!!!
