Filipino ngatayo parang niluluto nya crab" crab mentality. ano mas importante. ang makukuhang mong knowldge about cooking o yung the way ngpananalita nya.ang message kasi ng video nya ay kung pano tayo matuto ng pagluluto ng walang bayad hindi lang sya lahat ng mayganitong vidoe.ngayon kung mas magaling ka kaysa kanya why dont you share with us. at pasasalamatan kanamin dahil nakatulong ka ng malaki samin.thats it.salamat sa panlasang pinoy.

  • @mdf072 if you cant find dried chilis you can use cayenne pepper..dont use chili powder..it;s not the same..fyi:try to look for dried chilis at thai store or indo store..

  • try making your sauce in a pot , deep fry your crabs in a wok, then add crabs into sauce. simmer a few minutes and theyre done.That way you retain more of the fat in the heads & also reduces tiny shell fragments due to all the mixing.dont forget to toss your crab liberally in corn starch before frying ,it seals in moisture & reduces the amount needed to thicken the sauce later.

  • I love crab. Specially pag nag "kam met" ka with rice of course. "kam met" is Ilocano for eating using your bare hands even the rice.

  • Hi markywos, steamed crabs yung ginamit ko dito. Purchased it a day before kaya I needed to steam it before putting in the freezer para di agad masira.
