As you so rightly pointed out, Carl Perkins would definitely turn is grave at this shit rendition of his song and Brian was most probably laughing his arse off in the audience when he saw what had happened to his Rockabilly Regiment with no Commanding Officer in charge after he had a little time off to do some solo stuff. Rockabilly Rules but Rectum Rock is utter cock!
I don't think that this is crap at all, I think it's brilliant! It's great to hear Lemmy do this style of music, with these musicians, as it is to hear them with Lemmy. Music isn't music if there isn't any change or progression. There are tons of Rockabilly purists that are keeping Rockabilly down, everything in that scene is cliche. I love Rockabilly! but in the end it's all Rock 'N' Roll( now you ask carl, brian, lemmy and the cats if they agree).

Lemmy is no stranger to this real old school Rock 'N' Roll, just listen to the very first Motorhead album, it can hardly be considered 'Metal' at all.
I think Head Cat is brilliant, its a musical side to Lemmy we don't often get to hear.
