Just some thoughts: You may want to look at how she's using the upper arm as a shelf to support the bent and elevated leg. You may also want to focus on pressing the bent and elevated leg into the arm to help hold the leg into position. Keep after it! I introduced this pose in my yoga class today and most students weren't able to get to what's called "stage one" in this video.
if you can do this, you can do the basics of break dancing, as most "power moves" are based upon that exact movement shown here, ie; balancing your weight upon your hands evenly like displayed. nice ..
