The Jerky Boys calls were commercial recordings, so you can easily track them down by visiting a used CD shop, ordering Jerky Boys CDs off eBay, etc.

Some people (like myself) use soundboards of Jerky Boys characters like Frank Rizzo and make new prank phone calls using them.

How does doing an impression of an accent as part of a joke automatically make a person racist? The guy was prank calling a Thai restaurant. Part of his joke was that he was Taiwanese, and thought that Thai people were actually Taiwanese. The accent is part of the joke. There's nothing racist about it.

By the way, even if he was making fun of Thai people (which he isn't in the least bit), it wouldn't be racist. Thai is an ethnic group, not a race.
