Okay -- for those who had a problem with the lamp door interlock switch (pwr LED blinks red 3 times) here's a recommendation. The switch broke on my KDS and I was able fix it by soldering a jumper on the back of the interlock ckt board. You'll need to remove the back cover of the TV and a few screws, but once I got to the switch (right side of door jam) it was easily removed. Next time I wont try to force the lamp housing into place ;0)

I have the 60'' Sony Bravia, and my projection bulb looks nothing like that. KDS60A3000.

thats because this is for the KDS60A2000 not A3000.

I also have the KDS60A3000; my picture just went black & I get no sound. Did your sound go as well when your lamp blew?
