The only times I don't give tips to waiters is if they are really bad. It has to be really really bad because I am very easy going.

Then the bastard called the police on me for removing him. Long story short, he was FINALLY ticketed for disorderly and banned from the property. He tried to come back many times, always to be escorted out. He was so sorry... Sometimes sorry isn't enough. Peace.

The rest of the staff, Hosts (who seat you), and kitchen employees make minimum (or more)and also get a certain percentage of every bill into a "tip pool". At my work its 2.5% so if a bill is $100 and I don't get tipped, I've essentially paid $2.50 for you to come and eat at my table
I think the steamer would better serve her up her nose... give her something to dig for. I worked at a full service Pizza Hut as a driver and a manager, and I sympathize. People who demand that I bring out another pizza because the one I already delivered had a "bubble" in it, would then return the empty box to me as if that was a logical return policy: this pizza is garbage, so I'll eat it, and the next one as well.
