12 months ago, my dentist didn't believe my teeth and gums would ever be healthy enough for braces. I've just started braces. all without any fluoride.
Three years ago, I banned any fluoride containing substances within my household. The fluoride free toothpaste we use, goes much further, our teeth are whiter & none of us have had any fillings whilst I have not had to even visit a dentist.
Tooth decay has nothing to do with fluoride, it is diet, especially the advent of drinks aimed at children that literally dissolve the tooth enamel.
