  • :) I'm a beginner and I'm learning Petrus right now! It's kind of hard, but not horrible.

  • Why not just do the first 3 F2L pairs, fix the bad edges, and then do the last F2L pair? Seems les confusing, and it's what I do.

  • Its like fridrich method :))

  • i dont understand what are u talking about and can u make a vid with a bit slow??

  • what cube?

  • i video responsed my tutorial..

  • DUDE!READ A BOOK AND LEAR HOW TO TALK FLUENT !

  • what is your pb?

  • this method is unnecessarily retarded

F2L is so much easier and faster.

  • @Venom272X not neccesarily. fridrich and petrus are just as fast in my opinion, or at least the first two layers part.

but i guess this was a bad explaination....

  • @300SpartanX i just saw my old comment and cracked up.

I can't even think of an intelligent response.

    Hahaha you win

  • If you already know how to do petrus, you understand nearly everything. Otherwise, this tutorial sucks. It looks that you don't even know how to orient "bad edges" because you could have done it A LOT easier.

  • thanks a lot :D you are really a god :P

  • fistelstimme

    enjoy your stimmbruch

  • Next time you make a tutorial, Try to stay away from words like "that, this, there, here, etc." Its confuses the watchers because we dont know whats happening inside your head. Thus, we dont know what you're talking about.

  • you know it's much easier solving the 2 bottom layers at the same time than doing the edge then the corner or the corner then the edge. but i haven't used this method. ill see whats up.

  • im a medium cuber and i completly get it

  • u sucks

    CAN YOU SPEAK CLEARLIER??????????

  • does solving it in 1:43 seconds a beginner?

  • i dont get y this is a featured video

  • Comment removed

  • you've got good start 2x2x3.. also on fixing the bad edges,..

but wrong on the last part, 8's suppose 2b cross already and do a lot of sune coz petrus method last algorithm is nice when doing only r, u, and f turns of the cube..

just like roux had only u and m move endings..

that's wht make these method (roux and petrus) more unique and flawless movement

  • haha you suck at teaching, im trying to find a good way to do fewest moves and you didnt help much

  • im not a beginner and this is really sucky teaching

  • 1 minute in and i dont get it. I blink and then i miss something.

  • the whole good edge bad edge stuff seems unneccesary

  • slow

  • wow there arent any good petrus tutorials on youtube, im gonna have to make one myself

  • let me know when you've done it!!!

  • @iplaymusicforu i swear.

  • @iplaymusicforu the one on Lar5.com is amazing

  • @iplaymusicforu please do!! :D and a roux if you know it, no good ones of them either!

  • 2:59 awesome quote. i do not reccomend this for begginers because it is to do with "inserting" stuff

  • i didn't get fixing bad edges at all

  • You completely missed the point of orienting only bad edges. the only 2 F2L left should be only done with R and U turns for most efficiency. After that, you can go straight to corner orientation since all the edges are correct.

  • i don't get a f*cking shit of this bad tutorial...

    youre to bad at explaining!

  • you suck at teahing

  • what do i do if my edge i put in front of mey 2x2x3 square is bad?

  • lol i figured out the 2x2x3 block part in bed when i had an epiphany.i mistook it for the roux method at first lol

  • just because an edge is on the wrong face it's not considered a bad edge. You called the red/blue edge bad and on your first edge orientation, you fixed the yellow/orange edge but messed up the orientation of the red/blue, making no difference in amount of correctly oriented edges. it doesn't matter what layer it's on. the purpose of edge orienting early in the solve is to save time when you already have the yellow cross

  • kinda sounds like ur sayikng the tetris method O.o

  • i have been useing the lbl method for 3 months and am 55 seconds am i ready for this method

  • yes

  • of course, you should probably begin learning an intermediate/advanced method once your about 1:30

  • Nn ci capisco una pippa xò bel cubo!!!!!!!!!!!

  • are u an actor? u sound like that kid from Home Alone

  • why would someone do this instead of fridrich

  • Becuz it's an alternative to layer by layer, and uses less moves

  • You dont know what are you talking about!!!

  • lol this move doesnt use like any algorithms exsept mabye 2 in certain sircumstanses but this method saves alot of time the record was 40 moves to solve it by lars petrus i think he did it idk dood vid

  • how did u get white rubix cube???

  • DIY cube

  • Buy it on eBay.

  • even if your not a beginner its hard to understand what you do with you hands, you should show letters such as "Ui F Li Fi D" for example

  • wtf is f2l??????????

  • Front 2 Layers (i think)

  • First two layers

  • I put that down BEFORE I knew the real thing.

  • it basically means you solve the bottom and middle layers together

  • how the fuck is that suppose to be faster

  • The initial steps are purely intuitive; building the 2x2x2 block, then 2x2x3, etc. Eventually, you'll learn moves and patterns that'll help you to build the 2x2x2 block quicker, and that can be used to build an "expanded cross" (one F2L pair + the cross). =]

  • what type of diy is that?

  • not explanatory whatsoever!

  • before doing this video, you want to practice so you don't burn the viewers' brain cells on wondering what the hell you're talking about!

  • F2L?

  • can you do a fridrich tutorial?

  • ill try but itll be kind of hard cuz of all the algs and explaining F2L is a pain

  • okay.

  • @VelinoRubik i use the friedrich method for the first 2 layers but the noob method for the top layer

  • you don't know what you are talking about. you have not fixed all edges and you use L and R turns to complete the first two layers. you didn't get a cross on top after finishing the F2L and of course the petrus method has a last layer system (place the corners, orient the corners and permute the edges). You had to do 10 moves to build the 2x2x2 block although you had a corner-edge pair.

  • i always thought u used fridrich!

  • i do

  • o ok good

    me too

    which is faster?

  • fridrich

  • nice cube...

  • you have an awesome cube =)

  • thanks

  • thank you so much!

  • Can you do a tutorial on step 4a and 4b please?

  • is that the part where you fix bad edges and finish off with F2L?

  • Oh I got it, thank you :)

  • where did u get the cube

  • Euh... what bad edges and good edges?

    I can't understand

  • bad edges are edges that are top layer colors and arent correctly oriented. for middle layer edges they're edges that are flipped.

  • Thanks

  • ur welcome

  • ei, wer cn u buy a 6x6x6, 7x7x7 cube??? cz i wnt 1...

  • they arent out yet theyll be out in september

  • cn u teach me how???

  • teach you what?

  • nice, is there any other method beside that???

  • yea there's like the roux method, corners first, and a whole bunch of other ones

  • im grounded from cubing, but i'll learn this latr.

  • how come you got grounded?

  • something about not fixing my bed??????lol!

  • lol!

  • I got grounded from cubing too, but i just went out and bought a new cube when they took all mine away :P
