  • What I want to know is why I NEVER get sick of hearing this creepy track. This is an especially good upload btw. Should be played at every Holloween party- NO REMIXES!.

  • The Best Horror Movie all time Since 1980

  • best!!!

  • I made a metal cover of this song with my band Digger Burns. It has a sorta Black Sabbath - feeling to it. Please listen and comment. Search for "zombi 2 digger burns"! :-)

  • @Staffelistaffan Great Job ;)

  • can I get virus if I download the song?

  • @Maffe96 It's so bloody filthy (it needs a good rinsing) one would imagine so. If you download an anti-virus or have one, then you have nothing to worry about- usually.

  • One of my favourite movies, and, in my opinion, one of the greatest horror films of all time.

  • I love the 70s synth..... 1979 isn't it?

  • Sounds like a video game from the early '90s.

  • @NeverContactMe

The video game was Turker by System 3 for c 64 :)

  • best theme song ever.

  • Best soundtrack ever! Following by Schramm

  • this owns everything that romero has ever done.

  • @johnnyratazana LOL, nice troll

  • Zombies Ate My Neighbors.

    'nuff said.

  • 22 persone sono diventati degli zombi

  • @Giustino215

    In che senso, Giustino???

  • @sakaerad nel senso che a 22 persone nn piace questa bella musica e quindi sono degli zombi

  • 21 people had their eyes in a splinter

  • Fulci (he was) and Romero are the best Zombie Directors. Romero must be make a Resident Evil movie, but Hollywood denied (Resident Evil 1). A script from Romero was ready. And Paul W. S. Anderson make only shit without atmosphere

  • This movie is the real DEAD ISLAND. Fuck Lionsgate will make a Dead Island Movie.

  • Blue Underground will release this movie on Blu-Ray format on October 24th 2011!!

    Please support this release!!!

  • Oh god I love this song.

  • Dead Island :D

  • @boriska808 Exactly!

That was my first thougt when i was starting playing Dead Island!

    Awesome game tho

  • this is the sound track for the end of the world

  • 21 people had their eyes pierced by a wooden shaft!

  • kult

  • 21 people failed to fight a shark.

  • @MrShadowseer LOL

  • Atmospheric movie but the effects are appalling. The zombies look like they are caked in dried oatmeal - one more thing that none of these movies seem to include and that is the nauseatingly offensive smell that a dead body in putrefaction would emit; a zombie can never sneak up on you unless you had a severe head cold. A real dead body at various stages of decomposition is distended, discolored and far more frightening than anything the cadre of zombie film makers has ever contrived.

  • @facesofdeathfan You've made some valid points but I still must disagree. Although dead bodies emit an overwhelming and disgusting odour, in scientific tests carried out in South America, re-animated corpses actually emit a masking agent from their sweat glands to cover the smell and make it easier to sneak up on their prey.

  • Good music cheesy ass gore effects looks like cool aid when that 500 year old zombie bites the chick in the neck

  • Im making a rap beat with this one..omg, goes tooo fuckin hard

  • @P4PBeatz J-Green did it on a track called Mutant Mindframe check it out its good, wouldnt mind hearing yours when you have done it

  • Can't wait for the new two disc ultimate special edition by Blue Underground coming in October 25.

  • Awesome soundtrack!

  • オチョ本さんのテーマw

  • @fujisyo0622

    これが本家とはwwww私も知りませんでしたww

  • This movie is so rich in atmosphere, I can smell the lushly vivid scenery and the graveolence of the zombies, these movies had real rocks, wood, sun, water, mud and all the resplendent supporting organic tapestry that nature provides - Fulci drenched his films with these qualities. Creaky coffins, old lanterns, flash lights, dank dusty caverns etc add immesurably to the feel of a movie. Today's film industry is a hyper choreographed CGI laden mawkish shit fest.

  • amazing tune.i'll be back when i've rapped on it.

  • This song makes me feel depressed :c

    I love it!

  • bring back these movies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • powerful theme and movie.

  • If I was an MMA fighter, this would be my walkout theme music.

  • @EvilOstrich

Haha, excellent: I'd go one further, and have it even if I lose the fight!

  • My favourite tune ever. Goblin are king.

  • @shreknet Yes, Goblin are awesome - but this is by Fabio Frizzi, who also rules!

  • @SonOfVoorhees Yeah I agree goblin is tight but I'm going to have to say Frizzi is better! :)

  • Lucio riposa in pace.

  • 21 people got bitten by zobies ahhaahah

  • sooo goood! whenever i get merried, this will be the theme

  • Zombie 2 theme put to good use:

    watch?v=__vvCKHcOC0

  • I have to say that (in my opinion), this is is the best opening track for a horror movie ever made. I still get chills and uncontrollable laughter when i hear or see the opening sequence. First watched this movie 17 years ago, probably watched it 40 times since then. If you're a fan of zombie flicks, do yourself a favor and watch this right now. Peace out :)

  • @PsychedelicFerret

    watch?v=kf1Vt6r-sj8

you gotta listen to this bro....maybe your opinion will change...if not its cool

  • @drroxxo1 Hey man. I Love Riz Ortolani! Cannibal Holocaust is one of my favourite horror movies. AMAZING soundtrack! "The Crucified Woman" is also another favourite! Let me know if you have any other suggestions :)

    Peace

  • @PsychedelicFerret

    watch?v=HdnfwTIMyCw

i don't think its from a movie but this song is kickass

  • @PsychedelicFerret Agree 100% I love how Ortolani's music is in complete juxtaposition to the images on screen. Cannibal Holocaust might possibly be my favorite movie of all time. It's right up there with Man Bites Dog.

  • This WAS played at my funeral

  • The uncut version makes all the difference in the world. Seriously people, if you're planning on getting this masterpiece classic on DVD, do not settle for the uncut version! Keep looking for the TRUE version! Also, beautiful music. Melodic, eerie, full of atmosphere. Perfect zombie soundtrack.

  • Remember the fat zombie who fell off the boat? I've been told that there is a scene where he washed back up on land. I've never seen it. Does that actually exist? Who's seen it?

  • @Kenro200x

I believe the scene may exist on some edition of the DVD. Or maybe Fulci shot the scene and the film no longer exists. Im not sure, but the ending of the film was scripted to have an army of Zombi's rise from the water.

  • always a great drinking tune :) gettin hammerd smoked some pot got leveled out while listening to this. fuck yea like this ppl!

  • seriously, how great is this song? its beautiful!

  • i know this is the unofficial sequal to dawn of the dead, but is there a sequal to this film aswell?

  • @littlegplumkin there is its called zombie hell on earth. But dont expect it to be as good. Far from it.

  • @AghastRaven oh thankyou :)

  • @littlegplumkin yeah according to the info on my dvd lucio shot half the movie and got in a huge argument with the producer, ending with lucio abandoning the film alltogether it was finished (horribly) by the producer:P

  • @AghastRaven XD that sounds thrilling... im still gunna try to watch it if i can tho

  • @littlegplumkin haha the sequel is actually a pretty good movie, its downright hillarious in some parts and a good watch with some like minded friends!

  • @shinmenreiko cool, thanks for telling me :)

  • zombies can walk on water?????? oh shit!!!

  • This is greatest, (not one of the greatest), but the greatest zombie movie composition ever assembled, unprecedented horror theme that amazingly goes perfect with the movie.

  • scares the crap out of me everytime ! <3

  • This will be played at my funeral.

  • I WANT THIS MOVIE

    REALLY FRICKEN BAD

    Ciao Lucio,l'Italia ti ama!

  • Somebody should turn this into a Hip Hop beat....

  • @UltraKid808 Necro -Dispensation of life and death

  • @aaaaahhhh was looking 4 someone to know what the song is called by necro .... thx dude

  • @reedeema I believe the song is called Carnivores by Circle of Tyrants

  • @EvilOstrich yup , found it already thx ;)

  • @UltraKid808 NOOOOOOOOO

  • @SweeetCherryPieAyAy,

    Too late....

  • This musical composition emanates dread and is the quintessential sound of horrific trepidation only Gene Kauer's baleful musical accompaniments to 'Faces of Death' and 'Faces of Death II' are more foreboding and melancholic - that shit leaves you feeling empty and violated.

  • @VincentWeShallRemain suspuria theme, its a movie by dario argento...also the phantasm theme is pretyy fuckin epic

  • @BeLikeWater1000 Thank you! Phantasm theme song is in fact really epic! I love it, even if i've never seen that movie

  • Este tema es muyyyyyyy bueno

  • ORGASMO SONORO!!!!!!!

  • I want this soundtrack played while being butchered and devoured by my own dog!

  • 1 of my fav zombie movies ever

  • 19 people are gonna get skull fucked by blood-thirst zombies

  • Its funny but the iconic moment in this film is right at the end when you see the zombies heading towards Manhattan on the Brooklyn bridge. Thats the moment you know its the end of humanity as you know it and its where Romero decided to pick up the story.

  • Necro has it "Circle of Tyrants - Carnivores"

  • Uncut version of this film is still the Holy Grail of horror.

  • @ian1200 I've heard it was released uncut here in the UK at one point under the title Zombie Flesh Eaters, with the notorious eye scene at least anyway. I don't know how true this is though as I rented it from the video store about 15 years ago and it was cut so much the plot made no sense what so ever.

  • @Videosofwolves Even in the uncut format with the eye scene, shark scene and nudity left intact, to say nothing of all the gut munching going on, the plot still makes no sense whatsoever. It's an italian horror movie, that's how they are.

  • @Videosofwolves That's true. It was. I live in Ireland and we get the same UK DVDs. The film, released as Zombie Flesh Eaters, does indeed contain the notorious eye-gouging scene and appears fully uncut.

  • @Lion2Tiger Heres a sickener for you - Im in Ireland too - just watched the Media Blasters/shriek show 25th anniversary two disk that I recently bought from the uk for 20 quid sterling. Went online to clear up if the fucker was an unofficial sequel to dawn of the dead as I always believed, the fucker is coming out again this year in a hd transfer & the version I just got is the same quality as the Anchor Bay Box Of the Banned version so we have to buy it again - check wikipedia

  • @skylandmountain how is the dvd quality? i want to get it on dvd but i read it was crap.

  • @ian1200

Very true Ian. This is the best unsurpassed zombie movie ever done imho. No zombie movie matches this one not even Romero's Dawn of the Dead. This movie is creepier and more gory. The rise of the zombies from the grave and the ending of the movie is just an orgasm for horror affacionados. Enjoy!

  • @ian1200 I still rate Suspiria and the Beyond above this film, but you are right, this movie is one of the best horror movies ever made. Its Lucio Fulci at his very best.

  • @andoc This movie, along with The Beyond, and City Of The Living Dead, is definatley one of Fulci's better gore films but, Fulci at his best is his giallo films Don't Torture A Duckling (child murders and witchcraft),

A Lizard In A Woman's Skin (lesbianism and psychedelics, oh yeah) ,and New York Ripper (so grungy, so sadistic, so unbelievably sleazy). So, if you haven't seen any of those films you should check them out.

Also, see his films The Psychic and Perversion Story.

  • If you or anyone else is interested in more Giallo film recommendations let me know. Or if you are interested in suggestions for other types of films whether it's horror, samurai, martial arts, french new wave, chinese new wave, new german cinema (70's), blaxploitation, experimental and arthouse, westerns, asian crime films, anime, and various other films and film genres from around the world, you can email me at TearOrBeat@hotmail.com or set up a yahoo messenger account for a live conversation

  • @labotamysausagedog

are you talking about french and chineses new wave in a musical sense? cause if so count me in

  • Suspiria is pure art. I think that Argento at his best was significantly more talented than Fulci but, Fulci along with Argento and Mario Bava (who they both owe a debt of gratitude for starting the Giallo film genre in the first place and who did the Suspiria and Inferno style of colored lights years before Argento) really did make some of the best Giallo films. If you like that style of italian thriller (that Argento's entire career consisted of), check out some films by Sergio Martino as well

  • Still one of the all-time greatest Zombie movies! This is the greatest movie theme song ever spawned but reminds me of the terrifying times i watched this movie as a kid. Definately a movie that'd make you wanna become a vegetarian

  • Ay! ay! ay! ay! Okay! lol amazing track

  • 300.000 VIEWS??????? I knew people around the world loved Zombies but i didn't expect this many people listening to this tune. Gives me some hope for the future of humanity, before we all turn to ZOMBIES!!!!

  • EPIC!!!

  • This song is pure awesome. Get's your blood pumping.

  • One horror experience, shocking, gore, terrible.

    A film by..................Lucio Fulci: noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!

    2€ production

  • I wish there was a zombie outbreak so I can no longer have to look for a 9 to 5 job.

  • @RyunSharp

lol yeah I know what you mean. My job hours are 6am to 5pm. Zombies don't seem that bad compared to hard labor in the oilfield.

  • @hunk84 aye totally understand where your comin from, i work in mental health n often do 24hr shifts in the community, zombies are no threat to me n sometimes feel like i am one anyway when i stumble home to my bed n people stare at me in the street thinkin 'look at him, what's he on' ...fulci was a genius when it came to zombie flicks

  • @tenebrae70

Dang, 24hr shifts...last time I had to work a shift that long was a day before thanksgiving. They wanted to make sure I had worked for and earned that holiday. Hehe well working that hard would make anyone a walking zombie. I say let them stare and see what working long and hard can do. As for Fulci, I agree, his movies are...the best. I'm a huge Romero fan and I won't compare because well I love both their movies and to me, both create amazing zombie movies.

  • @hunk84 i totally agree, tryin to compare Fulci to Romero is pointless, they both make great zombie movies but do it so very different. I absolutely love italian exploitation movies (especially 1976-84) n i love Fulci's sense of a very 'old' n 'othterwordly' menace (obviously inspired by gothic authour H.P.Lovecraft) yet Romero delivers a more 'social' approach, using horror as a comentery of the state of the world around us...i cud go on...

  • @tenebrae70

You said it perfect, I couldn't have said it better myself. Both are great directors of zombie movies and both their own unique ways of making their movies. Hehe you said you could go on, well personally, I wish you would. The way you explain the different points is great. Anyone who wants to complain about who is better, should read your comment.

  • @hunk84 thank you, i just love them both for all the opposite reasons...Romero's zombies were never that visually scarey, but they looked 'cool' like in the old 70's american comics (which titles escape me now) i loved as a kid...then Fulci came along n sent it back to a more primitive viseral experience. Fulci's zombies not only looked scarey but reeked of death...Fulci's zombies were the first zombies in films that actually scared me more than the gore

  • @hunk84 ...n also, i relate to Romero's 'social' comment in Dawn of The Dead ...even thou we live in highly populated/muti-cultural area's, no one person really knows their neighbour, which creates a sense of paranoia, one in what is directly in our 'zone' n a second which is the 'greater' outside influence which is the 'unknown' quantity... i grew up as a teenager in 'thatchers britain', even thou Romero was commentin on america's paranoia, he was spot on, on what we felt the same in the uk

  • @hunk84 I feel sorry for you man. I wish life was easier so we could have more jobs and less work time.

  • Never gets old!

  • this is up there with the jaws or halloween theme

  • @Tr0pHyHuNt3r --' it's only a theme song there is nothing to understand

  • u might call me stupid but i don't get it

  • @Tr0pHyHuNt3r Even know there is nothing to get, you're still a fucking moron who will never get it.

  • One of best themes ever

  • Awsome ! I`ve got tickets to see goblin play here in scotland next february ! Can`t wait !!! :)

  • the boat can leave now , tell the crew

  • remember aim for the head

  • fulci lives

  • i would rave to this

  • Man, I still get shivers when I hear this.

  • my dream is me and my friend on top of a room like dawn of the dead 1978 in the mall take anything and we all have sniper and all guns going in the mall killing the dead lol my other 2 dreams are be in the ufc be a south park character lol aw and i want to be chased by micheal myers as halloweens my fav film ever then dawn of the dead then zombi 2

  • @fathead5807 i ment roof

  • putain ce rythme j'adore j'en et fait un morceaux un mix jungle au passage

  • 666 Comments? Sweet irony

  • Superb Soundtrack! I'll never forget as a kid, back in the mid 90's seeing this and going.."MAN, this is the best..." It goes so well with the movie. Talk about things and chemistry working out with a film and it's score...it's fate! ROCK ON!!

  • one of the best soundtracks ever...genius

  • @NocturnalTerror Yep, no one does zombies like Romero! His first four were all awesome. Diary was a terrible waste of film and time but Survival made up for it.

  • This music instantly calls to mind the movie... And the movie in turn is still chilling to this day. Even the recollection of it. Not many horror films still hold that kind of lasting power. The original Night of the Living Dead is still definitely one of them.

  • @NocturnalTerror oh man, One Missed Call was even worse. ^_^ best horror film ever made is the original Dawn of the Dead!

  • @sansweet lol i know, Romero is awesome! His newer stuff has kind of slipped down the drain, Diary of The Dead was ok though, ever see Day of The Dead, the original that is lol

  • I hate when people put this down, it was such an original movie

  • @NocturnalTerror You mean it was a classic, not an original movie.

  • @titanosaurus79 both. the idea of it was original, on the island and all, it was original for it's time, either way...amazing

  • MOVIE SUCKED!!!!!!

  • @sansweet sorry it wasn't your typical "One Missed Call" movie

  • @NocturnalTerror Original "One Missed Call" was good, remake was shitty. All remakes are shitty and disappointing, I just pray they do't try and remake "Zombi"

  • @DeathLock420 oh god, any Fulci films remade would be awful. I liked the remake of Dawn of The Dead, but it's nowhere as good as the original. Ever seen a little diddy called Dead Alive?

  • @NocturnalTerror Unfortunaly I haven't however I want to. And I have to agree about dawn of the dead, it slipped my mind.

  • @sansweet Someone fails at life

  • Some of the best effects in movies EVER. This theme is so...gloomy yet cool. Loved the film ever since I saw it in 1981. Scared me so much I wanted to run from the movie theater!

  • even though this song scares the crap out of me, i still like it for some reason....

  • I commend the make-up artist, the zombies look real.

  • There are themes like dawn of the dead that are creepy, day of the dead was 80's action type while this is CREEPY AS HELL

  • one of the most morbid, sombre, relentless and awesome songs.

  • This song will ALWAYS give me the creeps, reminds me of when I saw the movie for the first time at age 9. It was the first time I made it all the way home, without stopping! That started my long distance running career. And damn if this song was in my head when I made it home!
