Like George Clinton in the 70's, way before it's time. Liking the Deep House with trance undertones of today, but man this whole body of work/album was classic from beat 1 to the very end with Jazzmen. The theme is immaculate and peppers in his own creativity, as well as the R&B songs to balance it's power. Can't wait to get that new project I heard he has out (or leaked out).

Funny, I always thought the lyric was "Any new dance beat", and the song was being critical of the glut of sample tracks being pumped out at the time ("copy machines spit out song after song / "dancefloor boredom"), it was like 95% of house back then. The irony being, that this piece of rare dancefloor sarcasm became an underground hit.
