No Deff Boyz album. Too much to tell with that story but its all love now. Chill Rob G, nor Snap had hit with this sample yet when I recorded the song. Paul Hardcastle got this out on white label and the clubs began to bang it. Eventually, ZYX picked it up but it never got the play that Snap's version did. The cool thing was American radio (DJ's) would mix "Swing" with "I Got the Power" all the time, which is how I heard my song on radio often. Fun memories!

Nope I didn´t I researched it forever but I never found out,that´s the thing with rare traxx ;) but Tony said he will dig up the female singers orginal track and that means for my understanding it´s far more rare then "Swing" by Deff Boyz and not on youtube.

Maybe he has it in his record collection ;)

It is in my record collection...but that's in storage. I'm going to have to go digging because her name and original song slips me. Paul Hardcastle (song recorded in his home studio) was responsible for the sample. In 1990, I was asked so many questions about it, I use to know it off hand. I had to dig up the VHS tape that I knew this video was on, convert it to American format (lived in London at the time where song was recorded) - then convert to DVD.

I can´t remember that much I had this record but I was disserpointed it wasn´t that what I espected after Swing.
