This actually does work, but it only works for photos, not videos. I did a test video to see what would happen if you tried to upload a video from Iphoto, and it turned the first frame of the video into a jpeg file and the whole video was gone. Just go to the Image capture application and it'll be pretty self explanatory.

@crzycolt08 What you got to do is first plug in your ipod. Click start, go to computer, than click apple ipod, than click internal stroage, than DCIM folder than you will see your pictures which you can copy and past any where.

It's amazing how LITTLE info there is on this simple and correct way of tranferring media from you iPhone to the mac out there (try searching google ex.). I was seconds away from giving up and purchasing a stupid app to do the same thing. Oh well, I never bothered to read the manual... (which is something I'll do in the future) :P

@zendayarox two ways you can upload it from your computer(1) or you can straight from your ipod/ iphone(2). (1) FOR THE COMPUTER- you will have to sign into youtube and in the top by the search bar there is a button that says upload. Click it!. (2) FOR THE IPOD? IPHONE- select your video on your device that you want to upload. In the lower left there should be an arrow tap that and then tap "send to you tube"
