This guy is a tyrant. He's no better than any of the other Ds or Rs running. He doesn't say the war was wrong or unconstitutional, he just says it's "unwise". Which means that, given slightly different circumstances (i.e., if he were president), the war would be just. He has also said that he wouldn't institute a draft, but not because it's unconstitutional or because it's antithetical to liberty, but "because we don't need one." That means that if we did need one, he would instate it.
