Little Enzo cured Matrix, Big Enzo, from Daemon's infection, Matrix cured Hex, Hex held Daemon at bay while Matrix cured the other mainframers. It looks like you missed the last 2 eps of the deamon arc. Daemon was a time release virus that would wipe every thing out. Hex was ok the nulls were protecting her as she went through an anti virus scan resualting in her becoming a white and gold sprite later she absorbs the system core and fights Deamon turning back into a virus that looks like a mergeing of all three of her forms. Hex gives up her life by completly fragmenting and infects everyting stoping Daemons countdown.
