@Nickenator8 Even if they were ALMOST done, and you finished them, that still wouldn't unlock it. I believe you have to get "challenge_ak47_mastery_4", but that challenge doesn't exist! It only goes up to "challenge_ak47_mastery_3". Therefor, it is impossible to unlock the spinning 10th emblem without hacking. Maybe it was a mistake on IW's part or maybe it was an attempt to catch hackers. I know it's stored somewhere in the file, I just don't know where...

1)Plug In your USB Flashdrive into your xbox 360

2)Create a profile on your flashdrive

3)Start MW2 go to splitscreen and kill yourself(for mpdata)

4)Unplug USB, plug into computer.

5)Find your profile in Usb Explorer(google it) then extract to your desktop

6)Open MPDATA editor then drag the extracted file to MPDATA editor

7)Change prestiges, enable classes, unlock everything then save

8)Delete your old file and replace it with new

9)Have Fun with your ACC

@GJP8888 i use this, when it says m9 rafficca grenade launcher it means that specific number is either a rafficca or a grenade launcher, they are hex values.

and btw when he said 4 guns, he only had three because you can only put guns in the primary, secondary, and special grenade slots, not the equipment, the equipment you can have any extra perk though! :)
