  • the orange pixel is r6 i guess)

  • did your mom buy it for you !

  • How much would I pay for one like this??? (Cash)

  • @Hector3158 It would really all depend on if it was new or used (I doubt you would find any new ones now) and then how many miles it has on it and any extras people put on. I dont have a ton of mods and I have 10K on mine so it would probably be worth about $6000-$7500 with it being a limited/special edition. Im sure you could find some for $3000-$6000 though with more miles.

  • @Hector3158 I got lucky and found a place in Tulsa that bought overstock of other dealers previous year models. Found this exact bike NEW last summer (2011). They actually had two in this color, and I watched it get broke out of its crate! :-) Walked out for $8,499!

  • beautiful

  • rally nice bike... congrats

  • nice color ;)

  • FUCK I want that bike so bad

  • sexy bike but ur camera is not doing it justive :(

  • you need a better camera.

  • @Avallido89 LOL.. You're telling me. I had one from work that was full HD but I didn't start it up in that video. I want a nice GoPro so I can take riding videos but bills are unfortunately more important I guess.

  • one of the nicest looking r6's on youtube!

  • @ibrahimc96 Thanks, I appreciate it!

  • r6 or gsxr600 or zx6r? all in year probly 2008 please reply anyone!!

  • @bloodsniper10 The only problem I see with your question is that bike choice in this class is very much a personal choice of feel. The R6 was my choice as you can see because it felt right when I sat on it, I liked this paint scheme better than any others, and I'm a Yamaha fan in general. The fact that it redlines in the 17000's is pretty f'n awesome too! I say R6 if you want an opinion but I have nothing bad to say about the others either.

  • @kainecsp thanks for your comment! i get what your saying too. i just have never sat on either of the bikes except a ninja zx6r. and it was really comfortable. but i have grown up on yamahas. i grew up on a little yamaha p-90 dirt bike when i was 3 or 4. then got a yamaha ttr-90. and now i have a yz 125. so im a yamaha fan too. but if i get a 600, i want the most powerfull 600. and thats the ninja. you know what would be 2nd fastest? i also want coolest looks to me. and the r6 does have that lol

  • @bloodsniper10 Well if its looks you are after then I have to agree the R6 wins hands down but that again can be contested by anyone with an opinion. I have to disagree a little bit with your power logic. I can promise you that I have never had a problem keeping up with any 600 unless they were just flat out a better rider and even then it was me letting the bike down not the other way around. I say go with fit, feel, and personal choice of looks but thats just me.

  • @bloodsniper10 Oh and here is a good article for you to read too. Type in the url for tinyurl and then copy this after it as I cant paste in a link . /6avbs3r

this will show you the draw down between all 600cc class sport bikes in 2008. The Ninja actually was the LEAST powerful off all the tested bikes and the slowest lap time. It rated higher based on personal feel not actual stats.

  • @kainecsp thank you so much! a great help ^_^ take care man. peace

  • @bloodsniper10 to be honest, most people can't even notice such subtle differences in power amongst 600cc bikes. Really performance isn't even a major factor unless you're gonna turn the bike into a track whore. lol.

  • nice R6

  • I live very close to Rochester and I go there often. And yeah you could freeze your balls off up here. Literally if you had em hangin out. And yes again to only 5 months of riding on a good year. Haha gotta learn to ride in the rain too.

  • @tuc65 Up there I wouldnt be so worried about the rain its the sleet and snow and the occasional penguin or igloo haha. That is a nice area in the warmer months and pretty much the only time I go visit my Aunt and Uncle because I dont do that -25 below shit. I get pretty lucky here in Seattle and can ride most months of the year even dodging rain. Ride safe and stay warm! Cheers.

  • I wasn't expecting a big rev vid. I saw the exhaust when you started it. I'm from Minnesota and some people just don't realize what cold is. That vid didnt come off as "I'm scared of this bike!" At least I didnt think so. Thats a kick ass bike by the way. Have fun ridin!

  • @tuc65 Thanks for the repost. I have some family that live in Minnesota (Rochester) and Ive been there in your cold. I can tell you how glad I am not to live in that shit every year haha. It was about 6 deg when I did the video so it was def chilly here but nothing like your 30 below. I had warmed up the bike before making the video so I wasnt revving cold but it never did make it where the exhaust didnt show. You must only get 5 months of riding a year up there?? Cheers!

  • I dont think its smart to rev it to the moon after a cold start. At the same time when it gets warmed up I leave that whole "babying" idea in the garage.

  • @tuc65 Im with you there. I don't baby it when its out of the garage now. The video was when I literally first got the bike and was still breaking it in and it was still freezing here in Washington. The whole argument that started from the video was that I didnt rev it up and was scared of the bike but thats not the case. Just dont like trashing stuff I pay that kind of money for. To each their own though.

  • VVV why do people speak different languages on youtube when the poster clearly only speaks english...

  • Das ist ja schon fast zu pervers für youtube :)

  • i have the same bike dude!!! but my freaking dog chewed the shit out of my fairing decals... had to buy them fromnthe dealer, suxs cuz they dont come in pairs at 50 bucks a piece got me more pissed... but it is a gorgeous bike

  • Very nice bike. You should invest in a better camera.

  • nice....wish i have one

  • @GibsonElectricI Have you done any mods?

  • nice bike dude glad to see someone that actually pays attention to how to break the bike in!! have fun ridin be safe at that 155 =p

  • @warriorrider98 Thanks and Im glad you like the bike. It is pretty funny how many people just figure that because it can rev to 17K that you should rev it. I won't be riding anytime soon though after tearing up my shift foot playing soccer which blows. Perfect weather here in Seattle..

  • @kainecsp yea that does...good luck with the foot...and its beautiful here in new york right now too but mom wont let me get a bike til im 18 =p so i have to wait 2 months and by that time i will have snow here so i gotta wait til next summer then hopefully ill be ridin

  • @kainecsp wow that blows especialy when you know you could be cruisin the streeets on that beauty

  • @YoGuy121 Tell me about it!!!!! Ive missed 5 straight weeks of sun and 75-85 deg here in Seattle. I do have good news though the doc says I can ride again as long as it doesnt hurt to shift so Ill be back at it tomorrow. Just hope summer sticks around a couple extra weeks this year to make up for it. Cheers.

  • sick bike. I love the color i wish these people would understand your suppost to break a brand new bike in before reving it high or trying to top it out. keep safe & keep the bike clean.

  • Everyone on here talking shit because he didnt rev the piss out of it either dont have a bike of their own or have a piece of shit because they dont know how to take care of stuff. Its easy to be a dumbass and say, "geez rev it up and redline it" when you dont have anything and dont understand what its like to work hard, save your money, buy something nice and take care of it, lol

  • @boogie504 I couldnt have said it better myself!

  • @boogie504 what damage does revving it high do?

  • @julingy None, you should rev all your stuff all the way up for the best upkeep :)

  • @boogie504. lol well i doubt that. but i dont have the most in-depth knowlesge of the mechanics of a motorcycle. someone here must. i just wanted a quick explanation on what that would do to my bike if i continued to do so... ?

  • @julingy I hope you didnt actually listen to @boogie504 because a brand new bike should never be revved high. A motorcycle isnt built like a car. The internals are actually bilt with a bit of extra material on the pistons etc. so that once broken in they are within the correct tolerances. Let the bike come to temperature and keep it under 7K rpms for 600mi then under 10-11K rpms till 1000mi then rev it all you like. That is if your trying to have the bike 5 years from now.

  • sexy bike

  • If this bike were a type of food it would be prime rib

  • I have one for sale on craigslist. Look under Toledo Ohio under motorcycles for this year and model!

  • dude your so scared of this bike lol. you were scared to turn

it on and rev it haha

  • @Mahiscan... Im not scared of the bike at all. I was trying to keep everything in the view finder of my 5 year old camera. I dont rev the bike much because it was brand new and I was in my garage when it was 6 deg outside. Not sure if you know this but you are not supposed to rev a brand new bike past 7K-8K tops until after 600 miles and you have to keep it under 11K until you get to 1000mi. It has seen a whole lot more after the break in period and at 155mph I dont think you call it fear..

  • i just got my 2009 yesterday and am paranoid about the break in. they said dont take it over 8300rpm for prolonged periods of time for the first 600mi, then between 600-1000mi dont break low 9,xxxrpm. I might have barely broke 8300, maybe for just a couple seconds, and maybe once or twice revving it in neutral, but i havent broke 10,000-11,000. have you or anyone experienced or heard anything about break-in issues?

  • dude, don't worry, it wont blow up if you move accelerator on high RPM

  • @Spaha93... Brand new bike with out any break in miles on it. I wasnt worried about blowing it up. I was worried about seating all the internals properly. I hope more people pay attention to the break in periods and dont trash bikes.

  • nice bike yamaha R-serious have always been the best in sport bikes, but inside the garage every time u press the throttele it sounds like some 1 is firing a gun lol :D

  • nice bike :)

  • that color is fucking gorgeous if you have orange led engine accent lights it will be even sicker

  • i dont understand why people start bikes for the video in a garage...messes up the sound too much

  • lmao take it out of the fuckin garage

  • I would have if it wasnt about 6 degrees outside that day. It has seen plenty of road time this year dont you worry.

  • my dream :(

  • @lvfrmabv me too :(

  • @sebbitah me 3 :(

  • buy one geez.. a used 08-09 one only cost like 5k with several mods on it already if u get lucky..

  • nice kinda looks like a repsol good vid dude

  • Thanks. Glad you like the bike and video. I def like the Repsol farrings but Ill stick with my Yamaha.

  • really nice bike

but I wouldn't take that colour

    i prefer black

I can understand why you choose this one :P

everryone wants black or blue :P

  • @AFCajax0 I like the Raven edition except for this year they went with Gold rims, decals, and accents and I hate gold. Its really tacky and ruins the bike in my opinion. for 2010 they went silver/gunmetal and it looks way better. Plus Orange and Black is special edition for 2009 so its a much more unique ride. I get stopped all the time (not by the po-po) bc of it which is a nice little perk.

  • i am 6'4 and its comfortable

  • best bike ever

    ur really lucky

  • uh no a system and tune will yield 7-8 whp

  • get a whole new system not just a slip on ... u should get around 15/20 more bhp if u tune it all right and btw jelous

  • @heeheepidgens I am going to get a Leo Vince full system. I have done a lot of research and mainly I just like the sound of it. I figure if Im gonna spend the money I might as well do it right. I need new tires, power commander, and intake along with the exhaust for next riding season. The weather here in WA is turning toward the crappy side unfortunately.

  • haha same im in sunny old england and we have had everything but snow lol and btw love the bike hahaha i have a black an orange speedfight 2 ... only 16 so cant get out bigger :(

  • Hah best rpm ever !

  • to anyone who could give me these very same; black-orange yamaha R6. i will be your servant 'til i die.

  • how much is it?

  • oooo if u check this message how long did it take you to break in the engine?.

  • @oogoditscharlie You have to keep the RPMs below 6000 for 600 miles and below 10000 until 1000 mi. After that they say your all good. It took me about a month to break it in bc I was commuting (not by bike) a lot. I baby'd the hell out of the thing to make sure the engine was well broken in and everything was seated correctly.

  • oooo thank that was helpful. i got the same color as you and did really know who to ask.

  • @oogoditscharlie No worries boss. I hope you are enjoying the bike and havent had any issues with the "Cagers" I havent been checking this thing much bc I was laid off over the summer and was on the bike for most of it. The weather is getting crappy here in Seattle so Ill put up some new videos after winter with new mods and a helmet cam. All in the works.

  • @kainecsp hahaha i feel u man i use to live in seattle too.

  • lol man my baby too i love everyhting about the bike i just got it from the dealership.

  • Nice bike i have the white n red 1 and yes it does hurt ur back when riding lol Awesome bike tho

  • i herd this bikes riding position hurts your back and crushes your balls the 09 r1 is my pic.

  • @1488skinxhead1 Ive never had a problem with it hurting my back even on long rides (3-400 miles) at a time. I usually get sore wrists and knees but I work on computers all the time and have an old soccer injury to account for those. I think its comfortable all the way around.

  • great bike.....i'm looking to get one myself....the same color....but i'm 23 and i'm only 5'3".....i'll have the bike droped a couple of inches but do you think it would fit me well?

  • i think it would fit u no problem

  • im 5'10 and can almost go flatfoot

you should definantly get it droped if you can

  • @ANGELBOI85 I def agree with @Clutch94. I am 5-9 and I am on my tip toes at stock height. It all depends on your leg length too. I have short legs but a long torso. Make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing put on the lowering kit bc you have to change a lot of stuff to keep the correct geometry. Dont SKIMP..

  • To me the perfect looking bike is the R6! It looks very mean! Looks like an angry ant or hornet! The NINJA Zx-6R looks mean too! My GIXER has an eagle eye. Looks like a flying eagle. 2008 GIXER.

  • awesome bike dude.

  • I have the exact same bike. Getting ride of that ugly signal and plate bracket is a must, get the under tail kit which takes the whole bracket of and putts your signals in with your break light. Mount the plate under the tale (photo radar ;) ) and if you dont have a girl to ride on the back get the rear seat cowl and pull the rear peggs off. flush mounts for the front signals. Paint the windshield same orange as the bike. then pull the mirrors. All that cleans the bike up so much.

  • Lol is it illegal to have the plate mounted under the tale. I bought mine like that and never bothered to see if it was illegal.

  • oh i know but up here (northern alberta, canada) as long as your not being a retard on your bike and pull over when the cops want to check and make sure your plated and insured they are flexible. My one buddy got a fine for the plate mounted under the tail but he is an ass to the cops all the time so whenever he gets pulled over they try to get him for everything they can.

  • oh ok. Well I haven't been pulled over yet. I live in Alberta to so the same thing probably applies.

  • Beautiful bike, congratulations!

  • Youre 5'9 and an R6 seems big to you?? Im 5'6, wonder how big the bike will be to me! I have a used ZXR250 and I can perfectly flatfoot the ground. Wonder if the bike has been lowered...

  • I'm 5'9.5" and I can't flatfoot on an R6... maybe 2, 3 inches at the most between the ground and my heels, so it's ok.

with a gsxr 600, i can flatfoot the ground no problem, but apparently it weighs the most, definitely feels like it too. 32.3 inch seat height seems to be the standard on all bikes.

  • I'm also 5'9"ish and sat on the exact same bike at the shop today. Front balls of my feet at best. But it felt really light - maybe because of the higher center of gravity. It also seemed to be the most uncomfortable riding position. Sweet looking bike though.

  • i am 17.i am buying a new 08-09 bike in december or shortly after words due to age and money. what bike would you recomend.the r6(2009)?gsxr 750(2006-07) or the r1(2004-up)?

  • The first question I have is how experienced a rider are you and what kind of bikes have your ridden if so? I would pretty much say for a first bike and your age I dont recommend the R1. I'd like to see you alive at 21 as well. I love my 09 R6 but the Gsxr is a very popular bike as well. What is your height and weight? And for that matter primary use of the bike?

  • i want a all around bike.drag,track,daily driver.iv riden a 05 ducati 749, 2006 r1 and a 03 gsxr 750. i love the r1.everyone says its scary to here b/c they kno im

  • What kind of rider do you consider yourself? Begginer, intermediate, advanced? If you're looking for the perfect all around bike then a 600cc class or even the 750cc is plenty of bike for all around fun. The R1 is never a bad choice but it can be a more dangerous choice. With extra power comes extra temptation among other things. Just gauge yourself and be smart about it. Do you really need 1000cc's or is 750 enough or is 600. And get the bike that fits you best and not just a hrs power figure.

  • beginer im 5'9. i have long legs and iv riddin alot.

  • Well if you're a begginer I say start with a lower cc bike and work up when you get used to being on the road with other cars and going through the normal paces. Im 5'9 as well but have fairly short legs and the R6 is a lil big for me bc its a pretty tall bike. The choice is totally yours. Just be sensible and understand you can always go bigger if you want. Its not a pissing contest when it comes to your life and 180 on an 600cc is the same as 1000cc and you get there just about as fast.

  • well thank you verry much. i hope to see more pics and vids of ur bike. i will have the bike for about 6 months and then im going to basic. i want it for after basic as well. thank you

  • You are very welcome. Ride safe and make sure you wear gear no matter what bike you ride. Thank you for your service to our country! I am putting some mods on this weekend so Ill get some new stuff up soon. Take care!

  • not problem. rangers lead the way. when i buy my bike. i will either get the color you have.or the white/ red. and matching full gear. helmet, chaps, and jacket

  • Sounds like a good plan. I like both colors and the bike is just beautiful no matter what. Dont forget boots and gloves. I have Alpinestars boots, jacket, gloves and I joe rocket pants. An Aria quantum 2 helmet. Pay the extra money for good gear its so much more comfortable and the brain container will come in handy.

  • if you could, expain what the brain container is?lol. and i think i will get joe rocket, or...or iicon..proably iicon..my ex had joe..it was rele nice gear.her dad bought it for her.what upgrades do you want or plan to do?i personally want a power commander3,leo slip on at first but i want a full.and when i get it im going to order it with the stock carbon fiber parts i can get..and proably a k&n filter.ect

  • Brain container = Helmet!! lol. I just did fender eliminator, new tail lights, Im doing flushmounts up front, smoked double bubble windscreen, and Im saving up for Leo Vince full exhaust next. Ill do the exhaust, power commander, and K&N at the same time. The rest will come in time just because I like to spend money on my toys haha.

  • i got my eye on the same bike, and you will be herd before you will be seen, yamaha all the way!

  • Im looking at picking one up too my self, but im woried about it beeing too big, im only 5'7".... think its too big?

  • I have a bit of reach and Im just under 5'10 so you would probably find it a little hard to put enough of your foot down when trying to two foot it. One foot with a slight bike lean would def be possible no problem. It also depends on how you're built bc everyones legs are different heights even if overall you're the same height. Make sense? Plus you can always get the lowering links ($300 or so) and you would be good to go. It's light and plenty of power. Take a test ride just to make sure.

  • 5'7" shouldn't be a problem. im 5'6" and im on tip toes with both my legs touching the ground. at stops i keep my left on the ground and my right on the rear brake. you gotta get use to it. i was thinking about lowering it when i bought the bike but i didnt want to f up the geometry of the bike. now i have no probs with it. also wat kainecsp is talking about is that you can be the same height but ones leg can be shorter/longer than the other, skinnier/thicker thighs etc.....

  • I'm about 5'8'' and although i can't put both feet down flat i got a good amount of foot on the floor lol, but no i think what he meant was that two diffrent people can be the same height, but one could have 2 inches longer legs than the other guy.

  • I don't think the bike would be to small for you from your height/weight description. It is tough to tell though because Im 5'10 165lbs and I can only get about half my foot down when I put both feet on the ground. I could def fit just fine with another 30-40lbs on me. If you're worried about engine size, the bike has way more then enough power even for a guy your size. You can step up to the R1 but I don't recommend that as a first bike. It could literally be death on wheels for you. Good Luck!

  • i no this sounds dumb but what is the dif. between r6 and r1?

    -thanx

  • 400 ccs is the difference, r6=600, r1=1000

  • There are a ton of differences from brakes, to weight, to power, and then a million other things. I would say an R1 is for very experienced riders looking for more of a track bike then a sick ride to cruise around town with. Dont get me wrong the R1 is an amazing bike (probably the best superbike under 20G) but if you had to ask what the difference was between them then seriously think about the R6 at most. 600CC's is still a lot of bike if you're just starting out riding. Hope this helps!!

  • I disagree withought talking about the 2009 R1 with it's unevan interal firing order and it's crossplane crank, i would deff say the R6 is more suited to a person who wants to do alot of track work, theory being, most riders can't get 100% out of evan a 500cc bike yet alone a 600cc sportsbike, also the low down torque of the R1 would be much easier on the road than the more revy R6, if you understand what i mean, the power in the R6 is at the top too much for the road i would say.

  • I have to disagree with your disagreeing. I am not being a jerk though. LOL.. I ride an R6 as you can see and your are right about it being great for track but it is very much at home on the street too. It is only revy if you rev it but thats any bike. The R1 is way to much bike for a beg rider and if you're not getting 100% out of 600cc why 1000cc's? The R1 is def a great bike but also a bit of a dangerous choice if you cant handle the weight and power. One flick of the wrist and your GONE!!!

  • haha :P a great reply mate, i forgot he was a beginer :) and about not getting 100% that's what i meant, if you can't get 100% out of 600cc then why 1000cc, haha. most people would go quicker on smaller machines beleive it or not, although about it being revy, it doesn't have the bottom end of an R1, but from what your saying for the street it's enough... and i think 175mph is enough for the street anyway lol. peace mate.

  • I figured we were saying the same thing in a dif way! I think anything over 120 is just a lil bit nuts unless you have the right place to do it. I just cant see much use for me on a liter bike. I will never out ride my R6 and most people never could. I am actually about to do a bunch of upgrades from new smoke windshield to fender eliminator and new smoke tailights and flush mounts up front. Ill get some video up after I get it all done. Cheers!

  • Yeah man you're right, i'll wait for the videos then mate. peace.

  • beast....................no comment great colore

  • Thanks! Just about to take it in for the first oil change at 600 miles so Ill really get to see what it can do soon. Got just a little while longer of babying her and breaking her in right then Ill play around in the 14-15K RPM range..

  • very nice color!!

i have the 2009 version black and gold

  • NIICE! It was a toss up for which one I was going to get but the Orange really did it for me. I actually wish the Raven edition had Gun metal rims and badging and I would have taken that in a heart beat. Have you had much chance to ride this year?

  • thats the best bike ever, you have good taste in sportbikes. love the 09's

  • Thanks I have to agree. It is a beatiful bike and it rides like a dream. I just cant wait till the weather starts to get warmer here in Seattle so I can ride it a LOT more often. I think we are supposed to get snow this sunday so so much for that for now.

  • hey man, one word: Beautiful.

i have a quick question, i was window shopping for bikes and i saw urs there. now, im a 5'7", 140lb guy, you think that thats a good enough bike for me? im in love with it and really want one. also, should my first bike even be anything that expensive? some said im bound to fall, but i dont want my first bike to be crappy..:-/

  • I am 5'9 160lbs and it fits me very well. I do have to say that I can only put a little more then my tippy toes down when I am using both feet at a stop but can comfortably put down one foot w/o leaning the bike much at all. I say get the bike you want. There are only 2 types of riders, those who have put a bike down and those who will, or so they say. You will prob need to lower it to feel like you have control at a stop, even I have seriously considered it. I say go for it but GEAR UP!

  • haha yeah i looked up stuff on lowering bikes, up to $300 though xP.

haha and thanks for the advice, one thing: i may be crazy enough to get a bike, but im not stupid enough to not gear up lol.

  • Yeah it can get a little spendy but I guess all hobbies that are any fun are spendy. I am glad to hear your not one of THOSE riders who is crazy enough to get a bike but not smart enough to know it will hurt to hit the pavement. All in all for the bike you really want the extra $300 becomes just a side note. I would say go for it!

  • Sweet thanks a lot man, i really appreciate it :).

I swear, like at least twice a week I wake up smiling cuz i dreamt that i was riding a bike haha.

I just dunno how to hide it from my mom when I finally get it though..sigh. her exact words (translated from arabic) were: Over my dead body son. lol and I don't want her to die cuz shes my only parent...but I REALLY want the bike lol

  • superb !!! no comment

  • Thanks. Glad you like it.

  • *seen any with the special edition colors....

  • is this color available in asia??

coz im from india and i guess these special edition colors are not sold here....coz i havnt seen any!!!

  • Im actually not sure if they are available in Asia or not. I know they have some special colors in the UK but havent seen any mention of special editions for any other market. I will let you know if I find any info on it though.

  • oh ok...thanks for the help bro...appreciate it!

  • nice color and also the bike. Check mine out..tell me what u think.

  • Thanks and you have a really sick bike. I love the exhaust and carbon fiber. Are you in the States? I know in Washington that you cant have integrated tail lights or I def would. I am going to put a good amount of work in in the next year to jazz it up but your well on your way. I like that color combo too and the carbon fiber really pops. Ride safe bro and I look forward to seeing more from you.

  • a mota é excelente. aperta com ela ou tens medo de acelarar? fica bem

  • Does anyone know what this means? I tried to translate it but couldnt come up with anything.

  • this bike is BEAUTIFUL! i have been riding for about 4 months, and dont know much about bikes. what are some other things people normally do with bikes that isnt good for it? btw it means. "an excellent motor[cycle]. apart from hearing it, are u afraid to accelerate it. looks good." it sounds like a dialect of spanish with lots of slang.

  • Thank you and I am glad you like the bike. I have to agree that it is a beautiful machine. The color was a huge seller for me and is def the best one in my opinion. A few other things is not to take the bike over 8500RPM for the first 600 miles, Over 9500 for 1000 miles, and then make sure to change the oil and filter after those break in periods. All rules of thumb but they are what I have been told over and over. Thanks for the translation too. What do you ride?

  • Damn I'm so loving this bike. Hopefully will be getting one in this exact color in two years when I'm out of college. This will be my first purchase with my first paycheck.

  • That is an awesome goal for graduating college. Just be careful with it and dont waste a good college education by doing something stupid. Ill be honest I havent been humbled by much in life but this bike is way more then enough to scare the crap out of me. Its all good fun though.

  • Yeah I completely understand. I took the Illinois State University Motorcycle Safety course. Got my license, then rode my dad's bike over the entire summer. He has a 1980 Yamaha 650(fun old bike). So yeah, I'm used the the power of the 600's although I'm sure this bike will have a little more pep than my dad's standard road-bike.

  • Thats true to them its just another toy for them to destroy. But nice bike anyways Im getting a brand new 08 r6 in blue soon thanks

  • I hope you get it. I like the blue color but love the orange and black because its a lot more rare and its the only one in my area which is pretty cool. I hope you have fun on your bike and be safe.

  • Thanks alot appreciate. And you have fun on that r6 and ride safe.

  • /Sorry about that cause I saw the exhaust and the air coming from it so assumed it was cold sorry

  • No worries at all. I actually appreciate the good looking out. Not all people (even those who will go drop 10K on a brand new bike) have any idea what they are doing.

  • Man you shouldnt rev it when its cold

  • The bike had been running for 10-15 min or so before I shot the video. It is about 45 deg outside but the bike is warm. I know better then to rev an engine cold, especially a brand new engine.
