@killerhakie thanks, but I finally got the skype to work, what i did was delete the skype, and reinstall skype then do tethered jailbreak, and then come back to do untethered monte jailbreak, and everything work like normal, now i love my iphone 4 even more hihihiiiii thanks for all your help.

ps: recomend for every one who to do jailbreak, make sure you install skype before you jailbreak, other wise you have to redo the whole thing again.
