you can go past the ghost and practice as much as you want without him and with starbits get already rid of the spikes, at the end you'll find a green pipe that brings you back to start

this is too easy i won on my first playthrough and i didnt even use the shortcut if your having trouble take my advice tip1: at the skeleton with the arms start in middle then go to side at just the right time, u miss the arms tip2: take the shortcut in the video to get past the spinning thing tip3: take it easy in the bomb part this guy got careless and got hit and screwed a big lead up
