No. It is called training. The mare is timed up correctly. The mare NATURALLY has a great front end. She will go the same in KEG shoes.

this horse has a real nice show gait. I have never been able to get my horse to lift up the knees like this one does . How do you do that?

She just has a good front end. I don't do anything. If you ride them sound, you just have to except what god gave them. I just try and ride each horse to their natural potential. One thing is to try and get the horse to engage their hind end more by contact with the bit and more leg or a touch with the whip for more impulsion.
