I LOVE Anna Halprin. I am a professional musician, and one of my favorite memories is when I got to accompany a weekend workshop with her. Such deep and meaningful work.
This woman is 85......no way.....I wanna know her self perservation techniques. If dancing is it.....I'm gonna dance my ass off. The elders in their rocking chairs re-mind me of a form of dancing tai chi.
