Yes to make a S4, a "wide body", you can use OEM RS4 parts otherwise you can go through an aftermarket company for a custom kit.

audi s4's get 17 city and 23hwy..i can only guess how much this guy gets with those bigger turbos on it!! good luck geting one with gas prices this fuking high!! 17/23mpg still hard for me to belive even with the most normal driving conditions

hahaha r u ok??? only audis that get good gas mpg like that are the A4 and A3...any thing "S" kills gas like a motherfffff.. well i don't know about the newer audis (B6-B7) but mine doesn't even seem to get 15 when i'm driving normal!

I have a 2001 s4 thats got the apr 93 tune. I get around 28mpg on the highway and If I dont drive like a jackass i can get around 20-22 mpg in the city.
