anyway I was able to kill it with the pistols in less time than it took on the fastforwarded video

it doesn't take damage when it crosses it's swords, so you have to keep close to it to make it spread the swords

I remember when I first played this as a kid I casually jumped in the water thinking it was safe...little did I know they added some lovely piranha to the mix. Man they really knew how to scare the players back then.

This is so hard for a second stage. The Temple of Xian, the 15th stage in TR2 is easier than this one!

aahhh good old days... when games were actually difficult... specially Tomb Raider... running jumps, standing jumps...tricky ledges... no ammunition... more than one way to finish a level...NO WHERE TO GO!!! *sigh* Now games offer no challenge... just shoot everything up... no brains...no puzzles... just go from A to B *double sigh* The most challenging game I played so far is Demon's Soul...

@metsumilitia yep, one thing they seem not to understand nowadays is that if you cant solve the puzzle first you shoudnt get any further. Its no point just run through the f....n game and shoot stuf on the way. I loved the first three TR:s and still do.

Crapman. Everytime I see the Shiva I crap my pants...I had a dream about them...There were 3 of them and they started to chase after me with BLINDING SPEED....I woke up as soon as one picked me up and threw me down to the ground.

If you have the bazooka you can just blast the statue to pieces with one shot. and if you don't have it you can do the code to get all weapons.

The music at the beginning is just an extraction from the game files. There's all kinds of music tucked back away in the compressed game files. They have track names such as "and so on", "no waiting around".

I believe the very opening music at 0:05 is called "Something Spooky is in that Jungle", and plays at the first tiger encounter of the game.

On the PC version you can save it anywhere you want. On the PS version I believe that you can still save anywhere you want, providing you have the save crystals, although I imagine that that is quite irritating.

Actually its one of the best on the market at the moment. It just doesn't seem to be compatible with old games. The reason for the lower quality is that in order to achieve 15 fps, I have to record it half size. The quality is reduced further when it is uploaded to youtube...
