Of all the Holiday songs that have made me cry over the years, THIS is the one that stays constant - this year is no different. Many people scoff at my sentiments, but this song tells a story - a story that continues even in 2007. War is war - and the hope this song generates is so deeply felt by so many that it cannot help but bring me to tears... every single time. Thanks for posting it!!

in the ww1 they did slebrate x-mas.i know in (i think)the french border the troops ,that were enemies on other days,played soccer, drank champeign, and gave gifts of wat ever they could.;)
