you need winrar you can use the winrar trial and it never expires then you extract the file and it will make a new folder find the .map file and put it in program files microsoft games haloce maps :) then start up halo

its possible that you downloaded halo ce but didn't put in any new maps. Halo ce is a stand alone expansian that does not offer singler player support unless you download a custom ui with the campaign option

When you open the 3rd person view thing, a window will come up that tells you all the controls. Change the 3rd person view option for on/off to whatever button. Keep that window open, not minimized, while playing Halo, then press the button you set it to to switch from first to third person.

Extract the map file when you download it, then take the map file out of the extracted folder, and put it in your Halo CE map folder.

you can tell he added on the sounds because hyrule field has no song on it :P. oh and btw finally a video where someone films some of the maps in halo ce BUT puts the names of the maps down after. so many people dont do this and it annoys me.

Import the video into a video editing program. If you have windows, it comes with Movie Maker, if you have a mac, it comes with imovie. With either of thoes, you can add music.

You will need Halo Custom Edition for Pc you need the Cd key and i think the disk too. install Halo CE then you just download and ecxtract the maps to your halo CE map files.

oh yeah and the map doesn't need spaces. go to halomap*.*org and click the top right hand pic and then it would take u to the maps in halo ce to download so type the maps name in and u will see it doesn't have spaces

Either wait to see if another server is up with that map. Or if you know people on xfire with halo, or vice versa, ask them to join, but if not, just be patient when you start the server, someone should join eventually if you wait, you can't force people to join.

For maps: Extract the zipped folder, then move the map file into the maps folder in Custom Edition.

For the 3rd person view: Extract it, then just find the shortcut to open it, and keep it open while playing halo.

You can download the view mod from the link in vid info. To use dev, when you're the owner of a server, press the ~ button, then type cheat_ then hit Tab, and it'll give you a list of cheats to use. Stuff like Superjump will effect everyone on the server. (for stuff like superjump and deathless, you must type 1 after the code to turn it on, and 0 to turn it off)
