High and Mighty Color did a cover of it AFTER John Desire {the guy singing} did. If you listen when Maaki sings "Takanori deki ni wa ALL OKAY!", she's basically tributing the fact that TMR did it.

i only know about.. 5 or 6 paras (most of them trapara), but i could definitely do this with practice.

and so can you! :3

once you learn certain moves that are in a lot of paras, it becomes easier just to piece the moves together and learn the pattern of the moves.

try some easier paras first, and practice practice practice! :3

I think the Wii version of DDR lets you do that. It's much more difficult than it sounds. And I consider myself a fairly good dancer!
