I am not sure if I am infected or anything... but when I start up my Task Manager I have a process running called "bot.exe" and I'm not sure how to treat it? Should I get this program?

I would think it is more for malware...but i could be wrong.

Would this program use the same definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials? Cause I already use that.

I've tried it on an infected machine for a hard drive 40 G Hard drive it has taken 1 HR and half but it found 19 infected files

Nice vid mate, I havent used this one. Some puters I have worked with are so infected i cant bring up msconfig/regedit/task manager. I usually have to take the drive out and scan it from another PC. I paid the 25$ for the pro version of Malwarebytes, I recommend that so highly to everyone its pretty good. If your surfing away visiting sites and you come across a known site that picks up bugs it blocks you going there. I also have Kaspersky Internet security antivirus.

l have Microsoft Security Essentials & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50.1 my pc is Clean 100% but thnx anyway 4 this good video and this tool Brian another great Video

Completely of topic but, why do you not use aero themes?

@elphillo1 I believe he runs Windows inside a virtual machine for his tutorials, and in this case the fake graphics adapter for the virtual machine does not support Aero themes (Or at least it didn't the last time I tried)

@elphillo1 Well james227uk is right I do run virtual machines...but the reason why is because Camtasia Studio disables it, I think its a bug with there software it cant seem to run with Aero enabled.
