I live in Philly where there are many Black young men killed. Usually at night, no witnesses, no robbery involved, no drugs involved just innocent victims. Something didn't feel right & I came to the conclusion that undercover cops were doing it. My feeling was to make it look like living in the ghetto was dangerous. I'm not dismissing the knuckleheads that do kill, but in Philly you'll have a large number of murders one month and then it will suddenly stop. Two cops jumped out of a dark van..

one night and just grabbed my son & his friend. They frisked them, asked them questions and they were wearing dark clothes and bullet proof vest, they were cops because they checked them out to make sure they weren't wanted for anything. What saved them was my brother-in-law is a cop, my son told them & they let them go. But suppose my son didn't tell them that...that could've been a senseless murder.
