  • When i do this my feet cant stay stable all time and they lift up a little...do you know how i can fix this dre?

  • Lift before shooting....sure your make % right after a heavy lift will be poor because shooting is a fine motor skill....lifting weights wipes out the muscle memory , so you need to get your shots up AFTER you lift to reteach the muscles correct form....the effects are increased range on your shot....just so you know

  • I got me a pair of hand waits and im going to try this too. Thanks again Dre. Im working out this summer and im 13 years old 5'6 and im working out to stay in top shape and to play for my schools basketball team.

  • @noobzor32 everyone is different so im sure others may experience that. i have lifted and gone straight to the court hundreds of times.

  • doing a renegrade row on round shaped dumbells is hard

  • is that 10 pounds ur using or more?

  • @buhstuh yes. the weight of the dumbell is not important -- this is a core exercise.

  • wow isnt this dangerous for your wrist? Doesnt look to stable. Does the pad do something to protect? If so what is it? Looks like a great workout though.

  • it is not completely stable that is the purpose of the exercise- your core does the stabilizing.

  • So is there possible injury to the wrist. I mean there always is but it seems like a bit more dangerous than most.

  • whole point of this workout is to work on core stability and shoulder stability. the dumbbells are just used to provide more of a challenge

  • the actual weight of the dumbells doesnt really matter and this is not an arm workout
