Lift before shooting....sure your make % right after a heavy lift will be poor because shooting is a fine motor skill....lifting weights wipes out the muscle memory , so you need to get your shots up AFTER you lift to reteach the muscles correct form....the effects are increased range on your shot....just so you know

When i do this my feet cant stay stable all time and they lift up a little...do you know how i can fix this dre?

it is not completely stable that is the purpose of the exercise- your core does the stabilizing.
