Yes. But only the backgrounds that come with the ROM.

Not sure if the newer versions fixed the problem with it not reading the sd card... Hmmmmm.m..

I know this video is old but motoblur runs WAAAAY faster on the cliq. I don't have that same lag issue. As soon as I click on something it opens right up. I think maybe the G1 is just sucky.

This ROM just isn't too optimized for the G1. It was rough and unfinished. =p

The Cliq is basically a G1 with a suckier keyboard. Almost same hardware (same CPU) so not much of an upgrade...

one major question - when your phone rings with this ROM, can you answer it using the touch screen? or the only button that answers a call, is the hardware button on the bottom left (the green phone button)? If I can answer using the touchscreen, i'll load it up for keeps- My phone button stopped working on my G1, and this may be what i need to actually answer an incoming call!

I keep a charger in my car. One at work. One at home. And one with me at all times. =p

There are different ways to make the battery last longer....

Turn the brightness way down

Switch to Edge (2G) when you don't need 3G or turn Mobile Network off all together when not needed.

UNDERCLOCK your phone when in sleep mode so it will last almost forever when in sleep. =)

Lol. like i said in the other video. stick to the original ROM nothing will be better then the original one itself. Hero works better on the Hero Phone because it was designed for it. it has more ram then the g1 or the mytouch. common man. .

I'm actually a Tmo Rep and I have a Cliq. The actually Blur is alright although it is much faster than a stock G1 or myTouch. I'm really looking forward to root on the Cliq because of its hardware. At this point Blur is ok but I still prefer MLIGN's Hero.

Buttttttt, MLIGN's Hero on the Cliq would be DOPE if that ever happens! The Cliq's hardware is surprisingly top notch. Very solid and feels much better than the way the G1 was made! Keyboard feels kinda weird but my daily is a MT3G so I just use the onscreen. No slowdowns on the screen keyboard whatsoever because of the increased RAM.
