If you are under the age of 13 and wanted to take the Safety test, you are allowed to take it but you are blocked with private chat instead.

If you finished the Safety test, you do not earn a quest point because it's a miniquest. You get two 500 XP lamps also which is great. There are no other prizes besides that.
