hey frankie, man ive gotta hand it to you, im not much of a cantonese singer because i follow jay chou's work i find his songs easier to sing but man you have a really good talent

@digitalfeed Thanks so much for your kind words! Jay Chou is an excellent song writer, composer, and singer, but he slurs his worlds a lot, which coincidentally has made him famous. It's much easier for westerners to replicate the sounds in Mandarin since most of them exist in English, but Cantonese on the other hand has many sounds that don't exist in English. This makes it extremely difficult for nonnative speakers to learn. However, I believe anyone can learn Canto with lots of practice!!!

@frankie0414 well we have much in common im also like you a white guy who learned cantonese i honestly didnt know other white people speak chinese as well and i have been following ur stuff for a while but see with cantonese songs im not fond of them as much as mandarin, because mandarin is more romantic sounding no? and jay chou is one of the hardest to immitate because he slurs everything, so i figured if i could learn his songs i could learn anything haha

@allenwalker1123 The trick is to totally relax your muscles in your throat and to sing softly. If you want to make it appear louder just simply bring your mouth closer to the microphone. If you want to sing higher just smile more, and completely change over to your head voice.
