I believe it's "kimatta", literally meaning something like "(the round) is decided". Also sometimes says "shoubu ari", meaning "(he/she) takes the round".
For the most part, those commentators say nothing particularly interesting.

Does anyone know what "Kibata" (at a guess) means that this announcer yells sometimes?
