for now it is BART being sued if Oakland PD does not arrest that man soon it will be the OPD being sued too. The officer being allowed to walk the streets is an outrage, and expecting this to just go away is a mistake.

As Davey D stated it, this is bureacracy all across the board. I am saddened that Ron Dellums has fallen into that trap. As with Sean Bell in NY, I hope that Oaktown will give the family of Oscar Grant justice.
