  • this crowd is ridicilous ! sounds like a bunch of drunken redneck inbred idiots !! but mr waite is great as always on this song !!

  • Great song!

Nothing like performing to a room ful of semiconscious wailing drunken idiots who should be at a hockey game instead.

  • amazing/wonderful talent.........so glad i'm living when john waite had his time on earth................

  • Still sounds perfect...I would love to hear him live.

  • ONE of My Favorite Song,The BEST..5 star for you

  • That crowd is so rude and annoying. John sounds GREAT! Always loved his voice and many of his songs.

  • Always good John Wait....

  • well this is not good i rememeber bryan leading for journey with the Babys in Springfield Mass a concert for ages both werein prime dont see him any energy here that night he jumped speaker too speaker literly and steve did scales only thing they messsed up with was their egos should have not prvented to be together on stage two great 80s voices not seperated

  • His voice has aged very, very well!

  • good.

    i like declan galbraith's cover for it,too.

  • Damn what a fucking great song! after 25 years.. respect!

  • This is really cool, thanks for posting!

  • pretty good live performance, i'm no judge but the man really does have good voice and knows how to use it.

  • oh man i beleive he aged alot and probably lost his voice i liked him before but he can still sing now dont be offended

  • Who's offended? Have a look in my channel if you want to see how much he has aged. A wet dish cloth has more personality than JW has singing at this gig. Mr Let Down.

  • Whatever, he sounds great. You're just a dumb piece of shit and the other guy up there is incoherent.

  • Great comeback. Dumb piece of shit because I don't agree with you that he sounds great. Classic. Don't bother sticking up for the turd, he won't thank you for it.

  • You nasty boy! So what? I bet you're no oil painting!!

  • Maybe not, but at least I didn't take it up the arse from a corrupt record company like Waitey boy did.

  • how old is john waite?

  • born in 1952 he must be 55 now

  • Who was the lucky, lucky person who he wrote this song about - WOW - amazing!

  • lucky person?

  • he wrote it about som1...who was That lucky persons name to be in a song...

  • This song was written at the time that John and his wife Lynn were divorcing. The first line--Every Time I think of You--was also a Babys song that he wrote when they first got together. So this song in a way is the other side of Every Time I Think of You.

  • He did not write The Babys song Everytime I Think Of You. Jack Conrad and Ray Kennedy wrote it.

  • Sorry I typed too fast. You're right. What I meant to say was that that song came out at the time he and Lynn first got together and the first line helped him to kick start Missing You. It served as the inspiration. But you are correct--He didn't write Everytime I Think of You.

  • No worries! Everytime was a great song, but not as good as Jack and Rays Isn't It Time. Two fine songwriters.

  • They divorced in 1986....

this was written on the edge of 1983 and release in 1984, it was about missing Lynn whom he met at a busstop in Lancaster

  • As far as aging, He's got those David Cassidy genes. I think they both made pacts with the devil

  • I was there that night!! Standing room only...you could feel the electricity in the air. Great show!! Thanks for sharing!

  • 1st off has he even aged??and why does his voice sound exact like how it was in the 80's lol amazing
