how do you expect to do reliable super jumps if you sawed off your analog stick?

I use the d-pad as well but I use the left analogue to do super jumps, since down-up is tons easier without the horizontal d-pad buttons getting in the way

NOBODY rage quits in H&H for some reason, and I've been getting so bogged down in game requests that I haven't been playing ranked much at all. I think part of it as well is that they took away those missions they had in vanilla where you had to get a certain number of wins for a title

@Rayqauzay Unfortunately, I'm not really the right person to discuss on such topics (all i'm really good at is noticing my mistakes :P). To tell the truth, mission mode is the best way to start understanding basic combos

@Tawler Depends on where you live. In the US, probably xbox since that's where most of your competition will be. Assuming, you don't have issues with the controller. I feel like it performs better overall, to be honest

There is a silver xbox controller that has a chrome d-pad. its a LOT better for fighting games as its a + design. i use it and i like it much more than my other controllers.

theres a xbox controller i use that you should try out, its from A-power, mini pro ex. its much smaller but it has a relatively good dpad, joysticks are smaller, but the big one is the dpad. takes a bit of getting used to but it feels right at home a bit coming from ps3 pad

Hey Moonies, have you thought about using a fight stick? I just bought one (cheapo 40 buck one, replaced the joystick gate) and it works quite well. I suck at tiger knees though

@Ryuujiin Yeah, it annoys me that youtube doesn't have a good social network feature like that. I usually add the respawn videos to my respawn playlist so i guess you'd have to check periodically :P. I usually favorite them too so it should show up on my news feed

Also some people can be 9th lords and have 250 wins and 250 losses because your rank depends on the positioning of the wins. if you got 250 wins in a ROW and then 250 losses after, you'd be like 1st lord. but 1 win, 1 loss, 1 win , 1 loss would understandable leave you at 9th because you never get a streak.

Why don't you try the new MLG pro circuit controller, it lets you swap the Dpad and Analog places incase you are more used to the ps3, or if you're used to the xbox layout and need a new ps3 controller then you can put the analog stick in the bottom left of the ps3 MLG controller.

@assassin4than I actually just ordered the Pro Elite controller since it was only 34 odd bucks. I don't need any interchangeable nonsense. Truth be told, if I were super serious, I'd get an eightarc, but then I can't play marvel while on the exercise bike :P

@jmoonies Nope, it's more like an issue of whether Nova lands before the enemy can tech, so it's respective to where the height is. If the enemy lands a little sooner, it doesn't work.

@jmoonies I think that's the opposite, you want to be on the low of the enemy. In all honesty it varies. The normal ground launch works fine with j.M j.M j.H j.S for other heights it takes some guess and check.
