He truly is the fastest rapper in the world. He was able to speak English, they would probably consider him the fastest rapper. In the Us English language, it isn't really perfect. Since you can slang words but in Korean you can't even slang words, in Korean its all about pronunciation. If you enunciate the word in Korean wrong, it has a whole different meaning. That's why Outsider has to be precise. While in English you can say "Playa" instead of player, which makes it faster.

Unlike most rappers, Outsider is really one of a kind. Not only does he raps with sense, his pronounciation is pretty much inch perfect (not a bunch of made up words and slang). Honestly, one of the best rapper in the world.
