This is a fake instrumental. I heard this song on DMX's album "Here We Go Again" (the prequel to "Year Of The Dog... Again"). This video features just a repeated loop from the song's end, the real instrumental is different.

This song is actually a remake of "Ruled Out" (which was supposed to be on "The Grand Champ", but didn't make the final cut). The words are mostly the same, it's the beat that was changed. And I like that beat more than this one.
