One reason why John naturally became the leader of the resistance in the future is because he has been fighting Terminators all his life. Skynet didn't/doesn't realize that it was/is unintentionally training John for the future the moment he was conceived ... just a thought you've probably already had but I wanted to share in case you hadn't...

Linda didn't want to come back so they killed her character. It's sad that James doesn't own the rights to his characters anymore either. T4 and a tv show are in the works. The franchise will never be quite what made it so special in the first place.

The real reason i got into Terminator was because they started to have women warriors..Tis why i liked the T-3 T-4 will probly be the same with Claire danes which is a plus..ahh hell who am i kiddin i'm always gonna love terminator

yeah but she couldnt rly come back in t4 anyway, she was supposed to be dead before the war started, thats why she was legendary, no one from the resistance rly knew her, jsut what john had told them
