Kotzen used to be one of these Uber shredders back in the day. Now he plays with fat neck fenders. His tone these days is amazing, far better than his shredding tone back in the day.
Richie can still rip your face off today, though. Just do a search on some of his recent solos, and you will know he is more than just pentatonics.

You sholud do a real research about how amazing these guy is... not just at guitar, singing and playing other instrumets to... these guy has develop and style true the years. at the age of 19 he record his first instructional video and his style has changed enormously...
