So what if Errol Morris used scenes from gimmicky Hollywood mob movies as contrast to what the reality of what the lawyer was saying?

I hope the makers of this paid the makers of "Donnie Brasco" for the footage they cribbed from the movie. All this violent stuff with the kind of blue tint to it? It's all from that movie.
